  3, check the force error of the big bar of the die casting machine regularly, and adjust it when necessary.

  

  4. Before installing the mold, the machine installation surface and the mold installation surface are thoroughly cleaned. Check whether the length of the top rod is appropriate, the length of all top bars is equal, the number of top rods used should not be less than four, and placed in the specified top rod hole.

  

  5, the press plate and the press plate bolt should have enough strength and precision to avoid loosening in use. The number of press plates should be enough, and it is best to press on four sides, not less than two places.

  

  6. The large mold should have a die bracket to avoid the misplacement or falling of the mould in the use.

  

  7. A mold with a large core pulling or a die that needs to be reset may also need to be installed and fixed separately.

  

  8, the cooling water pipe and installation should ensure the seal.

  

  9, the adjustment of the mold after the installation. Adjust the clamping tightness and adjust the injection parameters: fast injection speed, injection pressure, boost pressure, slow stroke, fast stroke, punch distance, launch stroke and reset reset time. After the adjustment, the soft materials such as cotton silk are put in the pressure chamber, and the whole process of simulating the pressure is done two times, and the adjustment is checked if it is appropriate.

  

  10, adjust the mode to the moving, the mold has the appropriate distance, stop the machine operation, put into the mold preheater.

  

  11. Setting the heat preservation furnace at the specified temperature and configuring the spoon scoop with the specified capacity.

  

  12, before the production, confirm the integrity of the die, correctly connect the neutron mold to the neutron tube and control switch line, etc., confirm that the metal of the conductive part is not exposed, and choose the control program to operate.

  

  13, the mold with the reverse pull device must be loaded with the pull rod; the top needle must be returned after the top out. Otherwise, the mold cavity will be damaged.
